In November 2025, the Human Rights Center at Seoul National University will host a three-part academic seminar series under the theme:

About the Speaker
Hélène Tigroudja is Professor at Aix-Marseille University (France) and Visiting Professor of Public International Law at CIL - NUS (Singapore). Since 2019, she has served as an Independent Expert of the United Nations Human Rights Committee supervising the implementation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and in 2025 was elected Vice-Chair of the Committee. She is a co-author of International Rights Law: A Treatise (2025).
