According to the Regulation, the Sexual Harassment and Violence Counselling Office (formerly The Center for Sexual Assault Prevention) and the Human Rights Counselling Office (newly established) became affiliates of the HRC. The old Regulation on Sexual Assault Prevention and Control was repealed.
